WINONA, Minn. — Mayor Mark Peterson urged everyone to take a COVID-19 vaccine jab when the vaccine becomes available.  Peterson said he’s troubled that only 60% of the people are talking about being vaccinated. “I think everybody should but they’re not going to,” Peterson said an interview on radio station KWNO. He anticipates the first doses to arrive this month
