ARDEN HILLS, Minn. – A light airplane attempted an emergency landing on Interstate 35 West and crashed into a moving car on the highway. There were no injuries, the State Patrol said. Northbound lanes were blocked at the Exit 2 near I-694 in the north Minneapolis suburb Arden Hills. The accident happened snout 9:20 p.m. The plane was a single-engine Bellanca Viking that can carry four people.
