WINONA, Minn. – Another batch of weird messages has been tucked on automobile windshields, this time downtown. These appear to be work of a woman who was seen on surveillance video doing the same thing last week in a parking lot at the hospital, said Deputy Police Chief Jay Rasmussen. Police are chalking up the incidents to an emotional or behavioral malady. Among new messages, as best as can be deciphered:
> “Cops exist to destroy your lives and call you looney and damn you to swallow poison and chemicals to damn”
> “Just dogs and gluttony and sloth”
