WINONA, Minn. – The 600-dose vaccine shipment that Winona Health was expecting for elders Wednesday or Thursday has been delayed by severe weather that’s disrupted transportation logistics nationwide. Rachelle Schultz, Winona Health chief executive, said the vaccination clinic tentatively has been moved to Saturday. “Hopefully, with the break in the weather, they will get shipments out.  However, there is no guarantee,” Schultz said. There also is a second new shipment that’s been promised and is due next week, she said.
