ROCHESTER, Minn. – The State Patrol logged 71 motorcycle accidents in its 11-county southeast Minnesota district this season. Sergeant Troy Christianson, who tracks such thigs, said there 62 accidents jn the corresponding period a year earlier. He said that 80% of motorcycle crashes in Minnesota involve a single bike.
