BUFFALO CITY, Wis. — A Fountain City motorcyclist and his passenger were injured when they crashed head-on into a concrete bridge Sunday night. The driver, Jeffery Jandl, 50, suffered a leg cut but nothing life-threatening. The passenger, Jacob Jandl, 21, also of Fountain City, didn’t appear much hurt, Even so, both were sent to the Winona hospital. Alcohol was a factor, deputies said.
