WINONA, Minn. – Because of Co-Vid the usual one-night Winona County Historical Society annual open house will be spaced out a whole week. Carrie Johnson, executive director, said the event continues through Saturday with smaller groups. As usual, Johnson said, there will be games for children and families that are related to local history and arts and crafts activities to make Valentine’s presents. Admission is free.
