WINONA, Minn. – Photographs by 39 photographers exploring the theme of water runs through September 5 at the Minnesota Marine Art Museum. The images were selected by jury and appeared in 2019 in the St. Paul-based journal Shots by photographer Douglas Beasley and editor Elizabeth Flinsch. The photographs range from detailed to panoramic, realism to abstraction, and personal and intimate to accessible. The exhibit includes work by Missouri photographer Lea Murphy, who earned Girl Scout photography badge during summer camp. The rest is history. Her work has appeared in dozens of regional shows.
