From roof helipad. The new Eurocopter EC145e, branded as Emplify Health, has made trial landings at Winona Health’s rooftop helipad. The craft is a lighterand more sophisticated update of Gundersen’s predecessor EC145. The German-built craft is based 50 miles away in Sparta. A second Emplify helicopter flies out of Decorah.
