WINONA, Minn. – A former behavorial health practitioner, Robert Lauria, opened a new mental health practice in Downtown Mall. Lauria said CoVid has triggered many problems that bespeak a growing need. His new practice, Associates in Mental Health and Addiction, is at 166 W Third Street, Suite 202. Lauria spent two years at Winona Health. Earlier he was 27 years in the U.S. Navy, which he said gave him experience with disorders such as post-traumatic stress disorder.
