WINONA, Minn. – A school principal from the Minneapolis suburb of Chaska, Jay Woller, was appointed principal of Jefferson Elementary School in Winona. Woller replaces Maggie Maine, who has moved to a La Crosse school. Woller, 48, been an educator more than 25 years. His experience includes four years as principal of La Crescent-Hokah Elementary School beginning in 2013.
Woller. Holds 1997 bachelor’s degree from Saint Cloud State and master’s from Saint Mary’s in 2001 and Arizona State in 2005.
