LACROSSE, Wis. – Viterbo University is waiving tuition for freshmen from low-income to moderate-income households. Tuition $30,400 a year. The waiver is renewable through four years, albeit there are qualifications. Among qualifications: Students must be receiving federal Pell grants and live in a dorm and pay room and board their first year. Also, said recruiting chief Brian Weber, only Wisconsin residents are eligible.
