WINONA, Minn. – A Lewiston man, Eddison A. Jefferies, 19, was stopped near Washington and Sarnia Streets for driving without lights about 11:30 p.m. Why no lights? Who knows. But the deputy decided that a drunken-driving charge might be more in order and conducted a blood-alcohol test. Jeffries was booked.
