ROSEVILLE, Minn. — The Minnesota Lottery reported its latest winning lottery tickets included a player in Winona and another in Chatfield. The winners of the Northstar Cash game had not yet come forward for their cash, the lottery said.
> $27,000: Purchased at a Kwik Trip store. 1601 West Fifth Street, Winona.
> 25,000: At a Cenex store. 404 South Main Street, Chatfield.
