BLAIR, Wis. – A head-on collision killed a Whitehall woman on Highway 53 a mile west of Blair. Sheriff Brett Semingson identified her as Teressa Reinart, 50. The accident was near Brekke Ridge Road about 5 p.m. Deputies said a Reinart’s Dodge pickup, northbound on Highway 53, crossed the center line and struck a Nissan pickup traveling south. Reinhart was dead at the scene. The other driver, Cesar Mendoza, 57, of Blair, was taken to the Whitehall hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Highway 53 was closed 2-1/2 hours.
