WINONA, Minn. — An 18-year-old driver lost control of her vehicle on Huff Street and struck the northwest corner of the Richards dorm at Winona State University. She wasn’t injured. This was about 8:45 a.m. The car was badly damaged. The dorm, a brick structure, sustained minor damage.
