MINNESOTA CITY, Minn. – Steven A. George, 68, of Minnesota City, a meat cutter most recently with the Hy-Vee grocery store in Winona, died at the Mayo hospital in LaCrosse. He graduated from the Hayfield High School in 1972. Hecompleted meat-cutter training in Pipestone. In retirement he worked part-time with the state Transportation Department in Winona. Also, he drove for car dealerships.
