HAMPTON, Minn. – A tanker truck overturned between Hampton and Cannon Falls and blocked the Highway 52 artery between Rochester and St. Paul. The tractor was twisted from the semi-trailer. The State Patrol didn’t immediately assess the cause. The driver survived. No other vehicles were involved. It took two crane-equipped tow trucks to right the wreckage.
