WINONA, Minn. – Police raided a West End house and arrested two Winona people and confiscated meth, cocaine, LSD  and marijuana. Linda Marie Sturm, 41, and Michael Richard Zeller, 39, were taken without resistance.  They had been subjects of an investigation by the Southeast Minnesota Violent Crimes Enforcement Team, which included Winona police and the Winona and Houston county sheriff’s offices. The raid, in the 350 residential block of Oak Street, was in the afternoon. Netted were, police said:

> 164.4 grams of methamphetamine.

> 7 grams of cocaine.

> 217 individual doses of LSD.

> 84 grams of marijuana.

Strum. Fifth-degree drug possession.

Zeller. First-degree drug possesion.
