STOCKTON, Minn. — Deputies found Nickolas James Myers, 43, of Stockton, passed out in his vehicle on Main Street near the old Stockton bar. Once roused, Myers was arrested as driving under the influence. Myers failed field sobriety tests and had bloodshot, watery eyes and dilated pupils, deputies said. This was about 2:40 a.m.
