WINONA Minn. – The Philanthropic Education Organization of Winona is raising high school scholarship money by selling geranium baskets. Reservations at $7 per plant can be made at peogeraniums@yahoo.com. Pick-up and delivery begins May 6. Choices: Pink, red, white and salmon.
