HART, Minn. — A St. Paul man was injured when his vehicle hit a patch of ice in the shade on Highway 43 and skidded into an embankment. Michael Kenneth Burk, 61, was taken to the Winona hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. He was northbound out of Rushford in a 1988 Toyota pickup. The accident was about 7 a.m.
