ROCHESTER, Minn. – The Rochester schools superintendent, Michael Munoz, resigned amid growing accusations of plagiaring school executives elsewhere in graduation addresses and messages. The resignation was announced by the School Board after a one-hour closed meeting. The vote was unanimous. Munoz did not attend. He had been superintendent of the 18,000-studennt district for 10 years. The resignation is effective June 30.
