LACROSSE, Wis. – A plea deal has been reached for a Spring Grove, Minnesota, man charged in a fatal bar shooting last summer, his attorney told a judge. Timothy Young, 32, was accused of first-degree intentional homicide. Young appeared virtually in court. His attorney announced that a plea agreement had been reached and that the family of the victim, 19-yearold Anthony Fimple, was agreeable. Terms were not announced, but Young’s attorney said that Young was prepared for sentencing.
