ELROY, Wis. – A motorist fleeing police turned off his headlights o throw the cop off and hit a deer. The pursing sheriff’s deputy then hit the back of the motorist’s car. Needless ti say, Anthony Springman, 22, of Tomah, is in lots of trouble. He was booked st the county jail. The chase began in Monroe County with speeds of 95 mph and ended in Juneau County.
