ROCHESTER, Minn. – An allegations on social media that an officer planted drugs in a vehicle during a traffic stop in a southeast neighborhood were denied by the Police Department. The department said that a review of the citizen video and officer body-cam video concluded the claim to be false. A spokesperson said the traffic stop was made because a known drug suspect was in the car and was wanted on a warrant.
