WINONA, Minn. – People wanting to know if their well-water was safe dribbled into a pop-up lab in the event room at the Winona History Museum with sealed samples from home. The Tap-In clinic was sponsored. by the organization Safe Drinking Water and the state Agriculture Department. Nitrate testing is recommended annually, especially in areas with farm run-off. So too bacteria testing.
