WINONA, Minn. – Arlene R. Neitzke, 78, of Winona, who worked at Grace Place until her retirement, died after a short illness. She was a graduate of Winona High School and Winona State University. She was employed with Watkins Products in Winona, then moved to the Twin Cities where she was employed with the Carlson Company. In 1998 she returned to Winona. She was an avid bicyclist.
