WINONA, Minn. – Armella A. Kotlarz, 96, of Winona, who left school after the eighth grade to work on the family farm near Pine Creek in Trempealeau County, died at Sauer nursing home in Winina. Her crafts included sewing and quilting. Perhaps her biggest project was making seven dresses from a single wedding gown.
