WINONA, Minn. – Barbara M. Rice, 87, of Winona, a nurse for many years at Community Memorial Hospital in Winona, died at home. She completed the Winona Vo-Tech LPN program. She also did private home health care and worked at at a group home in Rushford. She was president of the Ladies Aid at Cedar Valley Lutheran Church for several years.
