WINONA, Minn. — Bert “Sonny” Gile, who retired from memorabilia manufacturer WinCraft in 1989, died ats home. He was born on thefamily’s farm on Little Trout Creek near Pickwick. He was in the Merchant Marines from 1944 to 1946. He was an accomplished carpenter and woodworker. He belonged the Eagles Club and American Legion.
