KELLOGG, Minn. – Betty Jane Rick, 75 of Kellogg, who worked at the Kellogg municipal liquor Store and the medical device manufacturer Covidien in Wabasha, died at home. She also was a telephone operator in Minneapolis and a became a house cleaner for Kellogg familes.
