WINONA, Minn. — Winona County can expect a little more than $1 million from the new $216 million state coronavirus relief package, said County Administrator Ken Fritz. He said the funds will be distributed as quickly as possible through grants. “We’ll try to make it as simple as possible and not make it a complicated system of hurdles,” Fritz said in an interview on radio station KWNO.
