WINONA, Minn. – Elizabeth L. “Betty” Spalding 75, of Winona, who worked 51 years as a C&R nursing assistant at Lake Winona Manor at Winona Health, died at home. She also worked as a health unit coordinator. She was a graduate of the Cochrane-Fountain City High School. She loved gardening, motorcycling and eating out at Olive Garden and Cracker Barrel.
