WINONA, Minn. – Robert John Schultz, 95, of Winona, who owned and operated the LB Bar on the East End, died at Lake Winona Manor. He also worked for the Green Bay & Western Railroad, and in maintenance at Winona State University. At age 17 during World War II, he joined the U.S. Navy and was stationed in Okinawa. He belonged to the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1287 and served on the funeral honor guard. He held certification as a radio repairman and was a member of the Winona Amateur Radio Club.
