FOUNTAIN CITY, Wis. – Carole S. Bailey, an. education professor at the University of South Florida in Tampa, who lived in retirement in Fountain City. died at age 76. Early in her career she lived in Caledonia, Minnesota. She held degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and UW-Milwaukee and a doctorate from the University of Texas at Austin.
