LOUDON, Tenn. –Celia Ida Baures Dibble, 88, also known as Cecilia, a career school teacher who was born in Fountain City, Wisconsin, died at Tellico Village nursing home. She received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education at the University of Illinois and proceeded to a master’s degree in education at the University of Memphis, She taught in the private and public schools.
