CHATFIELD, Minn. – Curtis Orell Vogen, 90, who grew up on the family farm near Rushford, died peacefully at Chosen Valley nursing home in Chatfield. He left his country school early to help raise cattle and bail hay. Curtis was a city maintenance worker in St. Charles over 25 years.
