HOUSTON, Minn. – Richard “Dick” Snow, 75, a former member of Houston Township Board, died at Gundersen hospital in LaCrosse. He was a 1965 Houston High School gfraduate. He was in the National Honor Society, on the debate team, and played football. He graduated from Winona State University in 1969. He was with the U.S. Army Security Agency during the Vietnam war. He farmed in Looney Valley. At church he was a lutefisk cooker. For 14 years he was commander of American Legion Post 423. He was on the Hokah Co-op Board, the Farmers Co-op Elevator Board and the Hoedown Committee. He also was a rural mail carrier.
