WINONA, Minn. – Donna Mack Fakler, 62 of Winona, who owned It’s About Time, which helped people organize their facilities, homes and lives, died at the Winona hospital. Earlier she was an administrative assistant at several companies. She was a graduate of Beloit High School and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
