WINONA, Minn. — Everett (Ev) Harold Eiken, 72, of Winona, a business dean at Winona State University until retired in 2002, died at home after living with cancer for many years. He grew up in the Rushford-Peterson area, enjoying the simplicity and challenges of rural farm life. He graduated from Peterson High School and went n to Luther College, Winona State and Colorado State. At Winona he was a a long time member of the YMCA and was inducted into the Racquetball Hall of Fame.
