WINONA, Minn. – Frank Werner Drazkowski, 80, of Winona, a retired educator, died at Sugar Loaf nursing home in Winona. He was a graduate of Cotter High School and Winona State University. He taught social studies at St. Charles High School and coached football and softball. He spent some weekends and summers working at the Biesanz quarrt and the Winona Athletic Club.
