ROCHESTER, Minn. – Gail M. Crandell, 68, of Rochester, a child support supervisor with Winona County for 31 years and Olmsted County for 10 years, died at Seasons nursing home in Rochester. She was a Winona High School graduate. In her early years she was a professional ballerina and choreographer.
