WINONA, Minn. – James A. “JB” Bell, 76, of Winona an electrician with Corcoran Electric, and later with Polachek Electric, died unexpectedly in his sleep at home. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He was a 1965 graduate of Winona High School. He served the U.S. Army.
