WINONA, Minn. – James L. Lorenz,70, of Winona, a case manager for the Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Clinic for 20 years, died at home. He was a graduate of Alma High School,and held a degree in history from Winona State University. He was a military history buff. In the U.S. Army he was a master sergeant. His had tours Iraq, Guantanamo Bay, and Haiti.
