Eau Claire, Wis. – Janet Martha (Himmer) Dorn, who worked 30 years at Norwest Bank in Winona, died at age 83 . She also ran her own Quilling by Janette business. She held degrees from Concordia College, St. Paul, and Concordia College, River Forest.
