WINONA, Minn. — Jason T. Kamrowski, 29, of Winona and formerly of Onalaska, who worked at Winona Lighting, died in a motor vehicle accident. He was a 2011 graduate of Holmen High School. His family recalled him as s a quiet person with a great sense of humor and a soft heart, especially toward animals. He loved his cat Gill.
