ST. CHARLES, Minn. – JoAn Lambert Kramer, of St. Charles, who held an art degree from the University of Minnesota, died at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester. She was 94. She applied art in sculpting and ceramics, restoring homes and filling them with antiques, raising plants in her greenhouse and gardens, amd caring for many pets. She also was an entrepreneur who started several businesses and ran two Ged and breakfast inns for many years. She loved puzzles and belonged to four high-IQ societies.
