WINONA, Minn. – Joel Peter Bjorlo, 79, of Winona, who drove many years for the Minnesota City Bus Company, died at home. He took pride in visiting sports arenas on his bus trips. He graduated from Spring Grove High School. He did seveeal tours with the U.S. Navy and served during the Vietnam war. He was a graduate of the Police Academy and worked for the Goodview Police Department for 25-plus years.
