WINONA, Minn. – John Eugene Denzer, 79 of Winona, who retired after 30 years as a custodial engineer with the Winona Schools, 61died of natural causes. He attended the Minnesota City school; Winona High, graduating in 1960; Winona State College; and Gale Institute in Minneapolis. His degree was in building maintenance. He drove hearses for 40 years. He was a member of the Madison School PTA for many years and served as the treasurer for 14 years.
